Returns & Refunds

Upon purchasing goods or services from Suit Society you agree to the following returns and refunds policy. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information.


ALTERATIONS

If your garment requires adjustments, we will provide you with an alteration allowance for local tailoring. The alteration allowance is subject to a maximum of $100 for a 3-piece suit, $75 for a 2-piece suit and $50 for any other individual custom made garment purchase. Please follow these steps:

Step 1 – Print and take our Alterations Form to your local tailor. Have your tailor fill out the form and indicate any alterations.

Step 2 – Receive your alterations credit. Simply email us on customercare@suitsociety.com.au with a copy of your completed Alterations Form, a receipt from your tailor, a copy of your original invoice and photos of the areas requiring adjustments. You can apply for an alteration credit within 14 days of your order being received.


REMAKES

If your garment is unalterable, we will remake it free of charge. Please follow these steps:

Step 1 – Print and fill out our Remake Form.

Step 2 – Email us on customercare@suitsociety.com.au with a copy of your completed Remake Form, a copy of your original invoice and photos of areas of concern. You can apply for a remake within 14 days of your order being received.

Step 3 – We will advise you on whether the garment is capable of being remade and how to retake your measurements properly to ensure the perfect fit. We reserve the right to refuse to remake your garment in circumstances where alterations can be completed locally. Garments cannot be remade based on style changes.

Step 4 – Send the garment through to us at 1/75 Longland Street, Newstead, Brisbane QLD 4006, Australia. Your garment must be sent to us within 14 days of the completion of Step 3 above. You shall bear any return postage costs.


RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your garment, you can return it for a full refund. Please follow these steps:

Step 1 – Print and fill out our Returns Form.

Step 2 – Email us on customercare@suitsociety.com.au with a copy of your completed Returns Form, a copy of your original invoice and photos of areas of concern. You can apply for a full refund within 14 days of your order being received.

Step 3 – Unless we are of the opinion that 100% satisfaction can be restored through our “Alterations” or “Remakes” policies, we will approve your request for return. However, garments cannot be returned based on style changes.

Step 4 – Send the garment through to us at 1/75 Longland Street, Newstead, Brisbane QLD 4006, Australia. Your garment must be sent to us within 14 days of the completion of Step 3 above. You shall bear any return postage costs.
