How it Works

Step 1 – Booking

Contact us, or book an appointment online, with one of our expert stylists and gain confidence in your measurements.

The fitting may take place at one of our studios, or at a location preferred by you close to one of these studios (please note that we may charge a travel for coming to your preferred location – please contact us for details).

We ask that if the garment is for an event, then the fitting must be booked at least eight weeks in advance to allow for the operation of the refund policy. Please see our Terms and Conditions.

​Step 2 – Fitting

Our stylists will talk you through an abundance of options, with every aspect of the design customisable to your preferences. We have a range of options available, including crown pockets, canvassing, worsted wool, Bemberg lining and more. Our professional stylists will guide you through our selection and assist you to handpick the best features to suit your needs and preferences.

The fitting is expected to take approximately 45 minutes.

Step 3 – Tailors create your order

Upon completion of the design and measurements, you will be emailed an invoice for the balance of the purchase price of your order. Please see our Price List.

Once we have received payment, our expertly trained tailors work on constructing your suit using a mix of the old school (think hand-sewn detailing) and modern day technology, in our fully integrated micro-factory, to ensure quality control and the perfect fit each time.

Step 4 – Delivery

Your garment will be delivered to your preferred location (within Australia) within five to seven weeks of receipt of payment.

Step 5 – Welcome to the Inner Circle

Our membership program, recently re-imagined as the Inner Circle, is our way of rewarding long-term members for their ongoing patronage. Suit Society has helped hundreds of Australian men design their dream suit. We pride ourselves on our ongoing relationships with members, many of whom return time and time again for all their suiting and tailoring needs. Whether it be a suit for work, a wedding, or other important events, Suit Society is there to help them along the way for years to come. The Inner Circle is our new exclusive rewards program, dedicated to thanking these gentlemen for their esteemed service to the Society.
