What You'll Do:
As the Customer Experience Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating exceptional experiences for our clients, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the high standards of our brand. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Customer Experience: Oversee the customer journey from first contact to final fitting, ensuring smooth, seamless, and personalized interactions.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and inspire our customer-facing team members to consistently provide an outstanding experience.
