Scope of Sales
We sell and ship products worldwide. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect details may result in lost or delayed parcels, for which we are not liable.
Eligibility to Purchase
To purchase from the Site, you must register and provide accurate personal and payment details. By placing an order, you confirm the validity and authorization of your payment method.
Order Process and Acceptance
Orders placed on the Site are offers to purchase products under these T&C's. An acknowledgment email will be sent upon order placement. Orders are officially accepted only after validation, order confirmation, and dispatch.

Delivery and Shipping
Timing: Orders are dispatched the next business day, with delivery times varying by location.
Methods: Domestic orders use Australia Post or Couriers Please; international orders use suitable carriers.
Charges: Shipping within Australia starts at $25 for single items, with additional charges for multiple items.
Tracking: Provided upon dispatch.
Consumer Guarantees and Defective Products
Products are covered under Australian Consumer Law. Defective products can be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, with evidence provided.
Replacement and Warranty
Replacement products are shipped at our expense after return. Manufacturer's warranties are additional to consumer guarantees but may be voided by misuse or excessive wear.
Return Authorisation Process
Defective products require a Return Authorisation (RA). Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and documentation. Damaged returns may be refused.
Change of Mind Returns
Products can be returned within 30 days for a refund, excluding return postage costs. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all tags attached. Contact Customer Service for guidance.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is defective. We recommend using registered post or courier services to ensure safe transit.
