Returns and Refunds Policy
At Suit Society, we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help. Please review our Returns and Refunds policy below. By purchasing from Suit Society, you agree to the terms outlined.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Custom or made-to-measure items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Please note that returns based on style preferences or changes are not accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, as processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please follow these steps:
- Email us at customercare@suitsociety.com.au with details of the defect or damage.
- We will guide you through the exchange process.
Please note that exchanges are only available for faulty items and cannot be made for other reasons, such as a change of mind or style preferences.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery within Australia: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $25 for all orders within Australia.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
Important Notes
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
- Processing times for returns and refunds may take several business days.
